If incase, the customer not at home we deliver at the safe place. If you wish to deliver on specific time, please let us know during the purchase. Otherwise, we will deliver to safe place. Second attempt of delivery should be additional must be paid by the buyer.

Pick up Details: 

Hurry Guru Au Offers Pick up for free of charge. Need to inform us earlier about the date and time of pick up. Transit warranty does not cover for the self-pickups.

Return Details:

 If, for whatever cause, you are not satisfied with your order, you can give it back to us within 30 days for complete refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charges). Everything we ask is to return the object in its original state without scratches in the original package. Contact us for booking the return courier service the shipment cost paid by the buyer.

Warranty:

If we deliver the item we book the compulsory insurance for transit, we will report damages or failure if you obey the directions below: If you see damage to any of the boxes please take a picture of it, please also mention damage next to your signature & submit damage pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving your items.

 If you do not notify us to have proof of damages within 24 hours, we unable to claim the insurance from the transport company, if you failed to notify us, we are not able to claim the damage during transit. Since the courier firm wants appeals to be filed with proof within 7 days of delivery.
